Hello, I’m Penny and welcome to MoveEatYoga!
Health, fitness, and movement have played a central role in my life for as long as I can remember - starting way back in the 90s with competitive swimming, step aerobics classes with my mum and weekend bike rides with my dad!
With a degree in Sports Science, I began my career as a Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, and Swim Teacher, coaching clients 1:1 and in groups for nearly a decade. I later transitioned into a clinical role as a Health and Wellbeing Physiologist with Nuffield Health, where I specialised in cardiovascular and metabolic health screening, disease prevention, and evidence-based behavior change strategies.
Over time, and particularly as I stepped into motherhood - my perspective shifted. I realised that functional, holistic wellbeing matters far more than just surface performance. I adapted my own approach to food, movement, and recovery, and spent the last decade educating the next generation of sport and fitness enthusiasts by teaching A-Level PE, BTEC Sport, and Level 2/3 Personal Training qualifications. Throughout it all, I’ve continued teaching weekly Vinyasa yoga classes in Bracknell, which remains a true passion and some of my favourite hours each week.
MoveEatYoga was born from these core pillars: moving to build real strength - eating well to nourish and fuel your body, and using yoga to find balance and support recovery. Today, I specialise in 1:1 online coaching, helping people build strength and fitness, lose fat sustainably, boost your everyday energy, or develop a healthier relationship with food. I’m here to guide you with structure, empathy, and sustainable habits built for real life.
